Just in case you forget how to move like MJ, this design by Aled “fathead” Lewis lays out all the steps while impressing the ladies with its zombie-olive hue. Designing the “Eating Brains, Throwing Shapes” tee must’ve been a blast, as Lewis said he repeatedly watched and paused the Thriller music video and other Thriller dance tutorials to get the moves down. The discounted price of $15 does not include yellow eyes or the creepy Vincent Price laugh. [Threadless via The Awesomer]

This week, we thought we’d share some work by one of our favorite lesser known t-shirt companies. The good people from Art In The Age produce some fresh, fun and thought-provoking tees, everything from simple slogans to wild, busy patterns. We own a few of the AITA tees, specifically their logo tee and the heaven t-shirt, and have enjoyed some pretty appreciative responses. Sure, there are some head scratchers here and there– “what do you mean ‘the hippies are back and they’re punks’, I don’t get it!” In all, its a pretty nice collection that we think is certainly worth your time checking out.

What started with the John & Paul & Ringo & George t-shirt, continued with the Dre & Easy & Cube & Ren t-shirt has finally reached a fever pitch. This t-shirt is likely the most fashionable homage to the greatest TV shows of all time, Seinfeld (next to wearing a puffy shirt). For those not familiar with the format, many t-shirts before have used this name& style to pay salute to an inspiration. In this case, we haven’t seen it done better. Rock your Seinfeld pride on your sleeve. Not that there’s anything wrong with that…

Paul Frank’s “Blastronaut” style is fun without being amateurish, ad just what you need to brighten up your day post 9-5. Toss this on with equally casual jeans and you’re good to go– and try to work the whole “Blastronaut” thing into a conversation somehow. Grainy, faded 100% cotton allows for retro styling, so don’t be afraid to bust out old-school sneaks if you really feel the need to kick back.

It must be pirate day, ’cause we can’t get enough of the spooky scary. Seriously, over two months until Halloween and we’re already in the spirit? No slutty Joker girl is going to save us now… The Bone Idol T-shirt at Threadless might be a little premature (as is our Halloween wad), but its worth celebrating nonetheless. This black and white nightmare on cotton welcomes the spooky season a bit early, but we’re ready to rock it regardless. “Why the Halloween costume in August,” they’ll ask you. “Why have you worn yours all year?” you reply…

Getting a little tired of the election-season political news? Inject some humor into this election in the nerdiest way possible– with Star Wars Election T-shirts. While we don’t know who we’d choose above, we think Chewbacca would make a good Secretary of Defense. But where’s Obi Wan? We want young(er) Obi Wan, not the “these are not the droids you’re lookin for” Obi Wan. We think the wise, experienced and gifted Obi would be a great front-runner. We can see the slogans now: “Vote Obi Wan: a Force You Can Believe In”. [thanks t-critic]
