Our friends at GadgetVenue spotted this ceramic heater in use in the UK, and lamented the fact that radiator-style heat seems to be an endangered species. In Chicago and other US cities with ancient infrastructure, the radiator is still common in many condos and apartments. The radiator heating board fits right on top of your radiator and draws heat to keep your coffee and muffin warm while you gear up for the morning commute. We wouldn’t recommend trying to fry an egg on this thing, but when it comes to keeping your wake-up juice warm, it’s a great idea.

These rechargable AA batteries are made to be plugged into your USB ports, and until we get to the stage where every gadget known to mankind is USB-powered, Moixa’s USBCell AAs are literally the next best thing. Who doesn’t need these? All your remote controls, hand-held voice recorders, flashlights, and camera flashes all need battery power. Use the Moxias until charge is gone, flip the yellow top and plug these babies into your USB ports. There’s even an LED to tell you when the charging process is finished. Brilliant.

Gearhead USB Hub
November 7th, 2007 · No Comments
Gearheads, this one’s all yours. It’s a three port USB 2.0 hub, nothing too fancy. But it is the perfect gag gift for any motorhead you know. (Or yourself, naturally.) The only thing missing here is the stink of oil, exhaust fumes, and maybe a grimy toolbox somewhere nearby. You probably already have the pin-up calendar.
