With this thing, even my under-athletic body could take Michael Phelps out of the gate. The Lunocet is a biomimetic swimming device that turns the typical human into a merman, enabling us to swim at speeds hitherto unknown. The Lunocet is biomimetic in that it mimics the swimming mechanics of a dolphin, giving humans a better ability to force themselves through the water. While it is a known fact that Michael Phelps actually teaches dolphins how to swim, you could at least keep pace with him for a bit with a tool like the Lunocet…
