The Hymini Now Shipping
Back on October 16th, we announced the release of an amazing little gadget called the HyMini. While it was an exciting prospect, we didn’t expect it to see the light of day. The concept– a handheld wind and solar power generator. Hold it in your hand, attach it to an armband, secure it to your bicycle and the HyMini will generate power for your handheld electronic devices. As long as there is sunlight or wind, be it natural or generated by movement, your iPod, cell phone, pda and camera can get a healthy charge. A 20 minute ride on your bike can generate 30 minutes of iPod use, 40 minutes on your pda, 20 hi res photos or 4 minutes of solid talk time on your mobile. On top of all this, what surprised us the most about the Hymini was that it didn’t run several hundred dollars…
