The German company Medion has announced the GoPal P4425 Personal Navigation Device, which is claimed to be the first ever to feature a fingerprint sensor, allowing operation only by an authorized user. Five fingerprints can be stored in the GoPal, which has a four-inch touch screen, Bluetooth, GPS connectivity, text-to-speech and more. This is a great idea, and while it won’t prevent a clueless thief from smashing your window and stealing it anyway, imagine the look on the dumbass’s face when he can’t get it to work right.
