Logitech Squeezebox Duet
Back in September, we covered the release of the Logitech Squeezebox network music player. The Squeezebox is essentially a central control system for your networked music. Instead of sitting in front of your desktop, managing a queue of tunes, the Squeezebox gives you remote access to your networked music, internet radio, Pandora channels and more. Where the original Squeezebox was intended for placement with your hi-fi system or entertainment center, the Squeezebox Duet gets mobile. The Squeezebox Duet is controlled by a mobile remote that lets you take your music with you throughout your house. For those with multi-room speaker systems, the Duet gives you access to all of your networked music from every location where you have a speaker. No, don’t get out of your chaise lounge- you can switch on that Sinatra without leaving the sun. Too bad the Squeezebox Duet can’t top off your margarita too– but don’t worry, Logitech is working on that…
