If you combine the clause “They suck. I’m fully capable of driving and using a handset” with “…but none of the other morons on the road.” you’ve got exactly where I’m coming from. If they’re gonna enact laws in this stupid vein as they have in the State of California (my current state of residence), they ought to have a test where you can be exempted or something. I mean, I grew up in metro-Detroit. Rain, snow, ice, black ice, no visibility, you name it, I’ve seen it. It’s the rest of these morons who didn’t get proper training in these conditions who need to have their licenses yanked.
