This is it. The one you’ve been waiting for. Of the five discs in this special Blade Runner collector’s set, there are several versions of the film including the narration-free director’s cut, the theatrical release, and the international edition. But none of these is as hotly anticipated as the fifth disc which contains the now-legendary work print of the movie featuring alternate scenes, different dialogue and music, and best of all no happy frickin’ ending. There are a staggering amount of extras on disc four including two segments on author Phillip K. Dick, and a special segment on how the film and source material (Dick’s “Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep?) differed, and why.
