Karma Luxury Hybrid by Fisker
Fiskar Motors is set to unleash the first of its kind four-door plug-in hybrid premium sports sedan. Dubbed the “Karma”, we here at Gearcrave could not be happier to see automotive high design finally being mixed with low emissions and even lower environmental impact. With a starting price of $80,000, Fisker believes they have found the sweet spot of aspirational consumption guilt. Due to be delivered in late 2009, pre-orders are already being taken for this lean green machine and will surely be an instant hit with the environmentally conscious wealthy of the world. Incorporating “Q-Drive” hybrid technology that allows for the car to travel up to 50 miles without a single emission, owners can conceivably drive their entire year on a single tank of gas. Fisker spared no expense when it came to performance as well, with a 0-60 time of less than 6 seconds and a top end of at least 125 mph, this stealthy propulsion system has enough muscle to make your dino-burning neighbors green with envy…(sorry, could not resist the pun.)
Starting at $80,000
