In the natural world, cracks, caverns and canyons are standard fare.  Where broken beauty is common, the natural divide as shown in Link Studios’ “Stink” Coffee Table is an homage to nature’s little imperfections.  The smooth, formed flat surface of the “Stink” coffee table is divided by the organic creeping of nature’s divide.  Set this in your living room, and a sterile modern environment takes a warm, natural appeal.  While we don’t recommend inviting your poker friends over to play on this one, it is a brilliant conversation piece for those guests that appreciate contrast in modern design.  We do, hence us sharing the latest Link Studios piece with you.

Finally to solve the cracked part the designer suggests that you can also fit it with a piece of glass on top. - Via [...]
