While the aesthetic value of this lounge chair speaks for itself, I have personal reasons to be attracted to it. As a kid, l used to love my parents’ Bertoia Diamond Chairs with their soft orange covers. Seeing the La Cividina Dolce Vita lounge and ottoman brought back those memories, inspiring more than just the on-the-surface appreciation. The Dolce Vita chairs were designed by Stefano Bigi for La Cividina, an Italian furniture company.
