Last week was a solid week at GearCrave– we reviewed and gave away a Leatherman Skeletool, we discovered how to buy a missile silo, we found periodic element rings, Frank Lloyd Wright lanterns and even curtains made of code. That’s right, ASCII Curtains, which happen to be our favorites from last week. These ASCII curtains make natural prints, like the tree shown above, out of ASCII code. If you’re a Northerner, like your humble GearCrave editor, you’ve dealt with one hell of a tough winter. For GearCravers in New York, Chicago, Detroit, all the way to the Pacific Northwest, chances are 40 degrees Fahrenheit feels like paradise to you. It sure does for us. Now that the Spring season has reared its beautiful head, we’re itching to get out– we want to hit the fairways and the open roads, we want to fire up our grills and get Spring cooking. That said, we elect the Cervelo RS as our “best of last week”, as it fulfills our Spring craving. After all, the road bike is the ultimate “green automobile”, and the Cervelo RS is among the most lustworthy on the road.
