Tall, tan, young and lovely, Brazilian supermodel Liliane Ferrarezi has the look to inspire a new generation of epic samba love songs.  This Garota de Ipanema found fame in 2002, reaching the final round of the Supermodel of the World contest held in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.  While she has achieved international noteriety in the fashion world, her career has not yet peaked.  This French Vogue cover girl is one chance discovery away from ending up in the next Bond film, indie music video or American fashion magazine cover.  Our opinion is one thing, we invite you to form your own over the pictures after the jump…

Germany puts out a hell of a lot more than just good beer, fast cars and spicy sausage. Thanks to early exports like Heidi Klum, Germany’s model scene is fiery and beautiful, just like our lovely girl of the week shown above. Germany’s latest model phenom is Miss Barbara Meier, a relative unknown who achieved fame when she was selected as Germany’s Next Top Model. Unlike America’s version of the show, Germany’s Next Top Model is not hosted by a fire-breathing, shoe-wielding transsexual, but Miss Heidi Klum herself. This stunning natural redhead is not just dead sexy, she’s brilliant. Actress Sarah Shahi is all three of these things– her Iranian and Spanish heritage gave her the looks, but her long-standing role on Showtime’s The L Word made her a sex symbol. Why haven’t you heard of her? Her sex symbol status was only worshipped in some rather feminine social circles, if you get our meaning. Since her lustworthy lesbian performances as Carmen de la Pica Morales in The L Word, she’s taken smaller roles, but remember this face– we hope to see her on some much bigger stages in the future…

Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen is known for many things– for her work with Victoria’s Secret to her off-the-field affairs with Patriot’s QB Tom Brady.  While we have many, many reasons to salute miss Bundchen, few may know of her work and ambitions with green culture.  Earlier this year, Gisele released her own line of shoes called Ipanema, from which the proceeds go to developing water and environmental projects in the Amazon.  And guess what, GearCravers, miss Bundchen is also a green blogger (in Portuguese and English, much of which we assume is ghost-written).  If you need more reasons to love Gisele, we’ve got more eye candy after the jump!
