While these will likely be in high demand, their supply will be limited.  Fanatec is releasing this Porsche driving controller in three limited editions: the 911 Turbo S Edition, the Clubsport Edition and the Pure Edition.  These will range in price from $150 to $250 with differences in design and functionality.
