High-tech Gaping Hole Costume Freaks Out Revelers

And, to be fair, it is an illusion, but a way-cool one thanks to a digital camera and portable LCD DVD player. Evan Booth used shoulder straps to mount the player over his belly and the camera over his back. A 5v voltage regulator and 6v power source keep the whole thing running as the image from the back is fed through the LCD screen. There’s no explanation for the poofy hair, which we hope is a wig.
