Mood Ring Not Working? Try the Moodwall

The Moodwall turns an ordinary trek under an urban tunnel into a delightful art experience. The 24-meter-long wallpaper, constructed of 2,500 LED lights, interacts with passersby, making them feel happy and safe. This is happening in Amsterdam, so to prevent it from becoming a place for stoned punks to hang out and gawk at the light show, the display is best viewed from the tunnel’s outside boundaries. Urban Alliance, which created the project, hopes that the Moodwall concept can be transformed into a 70 meter-long media wall in Amsterdam Bijilmer, a somewhat seedy area that could use more upbeat spaces.
