“Dual Screen Laptop Company” Shows Off First Product

On February 25, gScreen Corp. will start taking reservations for the G400 laptop, which features two 15.4-inch backlit LED screens. Unlike the sidecar approach of Lenovo’s IBM Thinkpad W700 laptop with secondary screen, both displays on the G400 share equal billing with the center of the laptop. The other specs aren’t bad either, including an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8 GHz T9600 or P8400 2.26-GHz, 4 to 8 GB or RAM, 160GB to 500GB hard drives at 7200 rpm and either the Quadro FX 2700M or GeForce 9800M GT from Nvidia. The whole package weighs at minimum 7.7 pounds. There’s no word yet on pricing; presumably we’ll find out when reserves begin through Amazon later this month. [gScreen via Geeky Gadgets]
