LinkCrave: Not So Fast, Tesla Model S

Fans of Tesla Motors will be saddened to hear that the company is putting a hold on its Tesla Model S manufacturing plant. Initially slated for San Jose, California, the new Tesla plant idea is scrapped until proper funding can be arranged. Tesla was unable to raise the necessary capital for the factory, and plans to lobby the U.S. government for funds from its Advanced Technology Vehicle Manufacturing Program.
