LinkCrave: The Sectera Edge – A BlackBerry for Obama

Speculation has suggested that President Barack Obama will get to keep his Blackberry after all. Rumor has it that the Secret Service will provide Obama with a Sectera Edge by General Dynamics, a suped-up ultra-secure take on the classic BlackBerry he has come to love. The Sectera Edge is a smartphone by defense contractor General Dynamics which employs a range of encryption systems to ensure that all inbound and outbound data is virtually hack free. While nothing is truly unhackable, the Sectera Edge is deemed more secure than any other option Obama has on the table. Hopefully our new President will find that the Sectera Edge, humoursly dubbed the BarackBerry, is just the phone he needs. [pcworld]
