While reporting on new technological debuts based on unverified information from China may be sloppy journalism, it’s exciting news (potentially) for anyone whose been waiting for the iPhone to drop into their price range. iDeals China has been busily reporting that XSKN is developing a silicone skin for an iPhone Nano, likely to be launched in January at Macworld. Based on mockups and early info, the Nano will be the 3G’s shorter, chunkier little brother and will include EDGE data. Other than these changes, the Nano promises to be just like current iPhones.
