Sciphone to sell Android-powered Dream G2

Word on the street is that China’s Sciphone is going to start selling the Android-powered Dream G2 handset in the coming weeks. The handset is rumored to sport Android Home edition V1.0, Google Maps, 16GB of flash memory, Gmail and YouTube applications and will not have an actual keyboard (which means we’re probably in store for some touch screen goodness). China prices are reported to be less than $200 for the device, no word on when (or if for that matter) we’ll see this one hit the US. [via SlipperyBrick]
