The Lady Dior Phone: Dumb Idea.

Not long ago, cellphones were simply a method of communication. Now, for many people, they’re also a fashion statement. Dubbed the Lady Dior, this is something we could see on Sex and the City, certainly not The Sopranos (except for Vito). Available in two versions, you can have the phone for a measly $3,500 dollars if you opt of the model with Swarovski crystals. If you’re a big baller, you can opt for the model that is decked out in diamonds and sapphires– 641 diamonds to be exact, totaling 3.251 carats– for a price of $26,000. After reading that, I don’t think the phone’s actual specs matter, but you should know it comes equipped with a 2.6-inch touch screen with QVGA resolution and a 2.0-megapixel camera. The feature that we like is that users answer the phone or make calls with a miniature phone the size of a USB key and use the main phone for more complicated functions.
