Grand Central gets a 26-foot LCD Christmas tree
If you’ve been out to the mall recently, or even to Target you’ve probably noticed that the Christmas season is upon us. Grand Central Station in New York City is no exception to the rule, now sporting a Christmas tree made up of 43 Sharp Aquos televisions. The LCD’s range in size from 19 to 52 inches. Passserbys in Grand Central can register to win one of the TV’s after the holiday season, each registered person earning a 41 donation from Sharp for a program to train people in environmental jobs.
