Dell Inspiron Mini 12 launches in US

The Dell Inspiron Mini 12 officially launches in the US today. The 12-inch netbook/notebook has a 1.33GHz Atom processor, 1GB of memory a 40GB hard drive and Windows Vista Home Basic. The computer is expected to be available in black and white is early December for $549 with a slightly souped up 1.6GHz, 60GB hard drive version available for $654 and an 80GB version for $678.
