With a turntable in one hand and a NES controller in the other, these producers have brought video game music to the forefront of hip hop. Our friends over at Asylum tipped us to the top 10 hip hop songs that sampled video games. Our favorites on the list? “Super Brooklyn”, “Round ‘Em Up”, “The Ride”, and “2 Brothers From the Gutter”. As a one-time hip hop producer, I found my head bobbing in respect. Nice tracks!
