Timex Black Collection 2008

Digital is officially back in the building. This time it’s less for reasons of irony and more for a new appreciation of the technological innovation and genuinely cool design aesthetic that the watch styles represent. In the wake of the Casio G-Shock’s extravagant 25th Anniversary, Timex decided to get in on the subsequent buzz, re-releasing some of their digital classics in new colorways. Just in is the Timex Black Collection; it features black on black (my favorite) and black/gold versions. Both are available now at French boutique Colette’s Eshop. Fourth grade seems far away, but INDIGLO is still, like, the coolest thing ever.
